This is a "DW Contacts" theme expansion pack, it does not install a new icon appears in the list of applications.
After installation is complete, go to:
DW Contacts ~ Settings ~ Theme settings ~ Theme base
Select theme you need.

Modify images can generate your own theme.
Please keep the package name beginning with "com.dw.contacts.theme.". This ensures that it can be "DW Contacts" detected.
