This Program Accepts the Quotation and Invoicing for Smes.

State your business contacts and goods and create offers from it. If your customer confirms this, you can create the invoice directly from the offer. Payments can be assigned to the respective invoice. Due to the various reports, you always have an overview of your different processes. Modules select the “Module” selection window.

Standard accounting includes the following functions:

- Create offers and invoices based on individual customer data and sales conditions

- Entering goods/services with sales prices

- Display of the invoice amounts with the statutory sales tax and ID of sales tax

- Entering and assigning incoming payment

- Reporting system (e.g. directory of open offers, list of unpaid invoices, articles/profit statistics etc.).

Standard bookkeeping can be expanded at the push of a button to expand additional modules such as vendor book, warehouse, purchasing orders, sales orders and a major. You determine what you really need. The additional modules are available for a monthly rental fee. If you no longer need a module, just don't rent it the following month.
