StayHealthy's goal is to make fitness as simple and easy as possible. StayHealthy gives you the ability to find single exercises, use pre-built workouts, create your own workouts, and track your progress. You can find a single exercise by doing something as simple as touching an image of a human body or you can do an advanced search and find an exercise that uses specific equipment. The app also comes with pre-built workouts comprised of many different workout types like strength, stretching, and sport specific routines. If our workouts don't satisfy you, you have the ability to create your very own workout or take one of our pre-built workouts and modify it to your liking. If you see a workout or exercise you really like you can favorite it and go back to it at any time. In addition you have your own profile where you can view your weekly or monthly activity to help you improve your fitness, If you update it then we can even recommend different workouts that would be perfect for you. To keep you motivated we have given users the option to set a weekly or monthly goal that will automatically be updated when you workout. If you are looking for a simple way to workout, improve your fitness, and be healthy, StayHealthy is the perfect app for you.
