System requirements:

In order to be able to use the TK-Suite Client , your smartphone must have an Android version 4.0.4 or higher. Furthermore, you need an AGFO TK system (firmware 8.6 or higher), an active TK suite server with a software stand 4.4.1 or higher, an installed CTI plus package and a way that the smartphone can access the TK suite server via WLAN or via the Internet (e.g. via DyNDNS or VPN). If you use a firewall, you must release the ports 5080 and 5081 and forward it to the TK suite server (router settings).

Please note that the first synchronization of the contact and calendar data can take a few minutes.

The duration depends on:

- the final device type

- the possible transmission speed
